Community terms

Submission and use terms

These rules keep the archive useful as a public, source-focused research collection and establish the minimum conditions for community contributions.

Last updated: July 17, 2026.

Public submissions

Any registered member may submit a public source URL and/or research note. By publishing, you confirm that you have the right to share the material and permit the service to display, index, format, and make it available to readers and read-only machine clients such as MCP.

Required source standard

  • Represent the cited source accurately and distinguish it from your analysis.
  • Include enough public citation information for a reader to verify important claims.
  • Do not present inference, synthesis, or uncertainty as a direct source claim.
  • Respect copyright and link to lawful public copies instead of reproducing restricted works.

Prohibited material

Do not publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, confidential, security-sensitive, personal, customer, tenant, credential, or private operational material. The complete privacy boundary is described in the privacy rules.

Moderation and availability

Submissions may be limited, hidden, edited for formatting, or removed when they violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or materially reduce archive quality. Access and integrations may change, pause, or be discontinued. Research notes are informational and are not professional advice.

Contact

Questions, rights concerns, and reports can be sent to [email protected]. Include a public URL and a concise explanation, but do not repeat sensitive data in email.
